Trek To Annapurna Circuit

it is located along the Tibetan border and covered by an ACAP Annapurna Conservation Area project). It offers several treks available to all, to discover many beautiful places and landscapes as well as the agricultural wealth of the lifestyles of different ethnic groups ( Bhote, Tamang, Gurung, Thakali, Magar and Ttibétaine) installed during the story to escape persecution.

Generals Information

Duration: 17 days Ktm to Ktm and 15 days to Trek. Day / walk: 3/30 hrs  to 7 hrs.Elevation: Steps ranging from 875m to 5416m. Accommodation: in lodges.  Favorable periods: from late February to early May and late September to early December.

Itinerary

  1. Day 1:
  2. welcome at the airport and transfer to hotel.
  1. Day 2:
  2.  visit the medieval town and presentation of the trek with the guide.
  1. Day 3:
  2. Kathmandu/ Bhulb-bhulé: (875m) 7h by bus
  1. Day 4:
  2.  Bhulb-Bhulé / Jagat (1310m) waterfalls and suspension bridges 6h to walk
  1. Day 5:
  2.  Jagat / Dharapani (1935m) through corn fields, stone walls and slate roofs 6h30min  to walk
  1. Day 6:
  2.  Dharapani / Chame (2695M) with large village in theAnnapurnadecor. 6h to  walk
  1. Days 7:
  2. Chame / Pisang (3250m), forest dominated by very high cliffs leading to the village (Tibetan influence) 6h to walk
  1. Day 8:
  2. Pisang / Manang (3540m) follow the path on the right to get a wonderful panorama of the Annapurnas  6h30min to walk
  1. Day 9:
  2.  Manang (3540m) acclimatization to altitude
  1. Day 10:
  2. Manang / Yak-kharka (3900m) 3h30min to walk; short hike to overcome altitude then possible to see ibex too.
  1. Day 11:
  2.  Yak-khrka / Thorong high-camp (4850m) and 3:30min to walk; a little hike to get fit for the next day.
  1. Day 12:
  2. High-camp / Muktinath (3800m): departure for the summit (5416 m) thendescend to Muktinath with Daulaghiri and Nilgiri face.7h to walk
  1.  Day 13:
  2.  Muktinath / Marfa (2637m). It follows the valley of Kaligandaki with its arid landscapes to the north and south the snowy mountains, through Jomosom (small airport; ability to stop the trek) and until Marph-village itself! 6:30min to walk
  1.  Day 14:
  2.  Marfa / Kalo-pani (2495m). We pass through the villages of ethnic-Takali Tukuche, Largung, Kuwang-crossing the spectacular glacier Daulagiri. 5h to walk
  1.  Day 15:
  2.  Kalo-pani / Tatopani (1197m). It always follows the river, admiring the way waterfalls and the deepest gorge in the world. Arriving at Tatopani we can bathe in hot springs. 6h to walk
  1.  Day 16:
  2. Tatopani / Ghorepani (2850m). After leaving the valley, it stands in a forest dotted with villages. and cultures to Ghorepani (7:30min to walk)
  1. Day 17:
  2. Ghorepani / Hile: Early in the morning, after 1 hour’s walk we get to a wonderful panoromic view on the Himalayan. After breakfast we descend through a forest along a stone path (a kind of"calade") to the village of Hile, ethnic Magar and Gurung. (5h to walk)
  1.  Day 18:
  2.  Hile / Pokhara: After 2/3h walk, take the bus to Pokara, to Naya Pool. On arrival you will be free of your time.
  1. Day 19:
  2. Pokhara / Kathmandu, installation to hotel and the day free
  1. NB: Steps 13, 14,15 steps can be done by jeep if you wish-
